About Richard Scott Morris
I have been drawing since I could hold a crayon. My mom often caught me drawing on the walls and in blank pages of the encyclopedia. I vividly recall drawing to the music as it played on the radio. "I am just drawing what the music says to me..." I told mother. I suppose art lessons were cheaper than a psychiatrist.

My training in art started when I was about ten with oil painting lessons. That lasted throughout High School. Studied art next at Anderson College for two years, transfered to University of Cincinnatti for a year, then transfered to John Herron School of Art and Design where I studied for another two years.
During the time at Herron, I was working as an illustrator, Graphic Designer and going to school full time. I continued to pick up caricature jobs and became a freelance artist full time.
In 1990 I had the wonderful experience of working for WMCC TV23 as Pupeteer and voice of Roscoe the Rabbit, Max P. Lummer, and assisted in the writing of the show. What a blast. Lasted two seasons and the last season was a 1/2 hour show. This is where my love of voice characterization and puppetry first reared it's ugly head. I have been wearing that ugly head ever since.

My experience with kittens is that they love to play guitar, even if they are a bit rough on the strings.
